Access to quality learning resources in developing countries is very challenging and expensive. The Gambia is not an exception. Consequently, we embarked on a book collection initiative through our Educate A Generation foundation, which aims to provide, among other things, access to quality education in The Gambia. In partnership with Education City, Qatar universities like Texas A&M, Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Georgetown University, Weill Cornell University, Carnegie Mellon University, University College London, Northwestern University, and North Atlantic College, we collected 3800 up to date books in all fields of study. The books are currently en route to being donated to the University of The Gambia, which is the only national University in the country.
